As a leading company in Belgium and Europe on the plaster market, Knauf aims to consolidate its position among the players in the construction industry and has therefore called on Idweaver for the redevelopment of its B2B website.Since the beginning of the partnership, Idweaver has been involved in the development and maintenance of the website by proposing UX and UI improvements in order to offer a continuous improvement of the platform.The main challenge of the site is to be able to effectively reach different types of customers; the professional/trader, the individual and the architect; by offering them content and an adapted user experience.

Projet réalisé pour American Express dans l'industrie Banque et Finance pour un public B2C en 2020.We were fortunate to be able to handle the creation of the online application platform for an American Express card for new users. This platform allows a user to apply for a new card and allows the company to collect the necessary user data to initiate the card creation request via a form.This online form is done in several steps and the user identification is done in 3 ways: * Itsme (Protocol OIDC): Use of the Itsme application via the Shared Data service * Connective (Protocol OIDC): Use of the e-reader / Identification via the Itsme application * Manual: Upload both sides of the ID card which will be read by OCR to detect the data (Example: Last name, First name, Date of birth, Country of residence)A signature via Connective (officially signing the contract) or manually (with a scan of the contract) was also created so that the entire application could be done entirely online.The back-office relation is managed on a regular basis via API/SFTP in a XML format.
