Since 2011 OZ has made 'digital' a strategic priority in the continuous improvement of the service to its customers. The website was the first result of the cooperation with The Reference and the tangible beginning of a full digital transformation.

Start 2 Run: Mobile app
Energy Lab, Evy Gruyaert and The Reference join forces to develop the new 'Start 2 Run' app. The app has Evy's successful initiative (teaching Flanders to run) as a starting point and provides all the functionalities recreational runners would expect. A new standard for personalised running apps has hereby been introduced.

Does the name Partool ring any bells? No? That would be normal, because it is brand new! Wholesale stores Vandenbulcke in Ostend, Vervaet in Ghent, Vervaet in Brussels and Gils in Vilvoorde want to guarantee an even better service to their customers and are therefore launching a new brand name, as well as a new web shop in which the wide range of products of all different shops will be united. The Reference was responsible for the brand creation exercise, traced the entire communication plan for the launch and built a new website and e-shop.

The Reference, known for its integrated approach of all digital marketing channels, was responsible for the strategic process, for strengthening of the corporate identity in the look and feel of the website, & for the concept of the new responsive site. It uses the latest technology in webdesign to bring the visitor to the right information via a clear and logical path. Through a rich content experience supported by storytelling, web visitors are now deeply immersed in the inspirational story of iMinds.

Belgian funeral specialist DELA contacted The Reference to optimise their online performance on a strategic and operation level. The Reference developed a roadmap based on 4 tracks (more precisely Analytics, Search Engine Advertising, Conversion Optimisation and Search Engine Optimisation). On a monthly basis, all completed action points are discussed, with a specific focus on the current status as well as priorities for the upcoming months.
