Qu'avez-vous le plus apprécié pendant votre collaboration ?Proactiviteit, hands-onmentaliteit, snel doorpakken en meteen zaken kunnen omschakelen als we moeten reageren op de vraag in de markt. Snel omgaan met korte deadlines waarop we niet altijd proactief kunnen anticiperen. Ook tijdens ziektevervangingen van collega’s, zeer eager om mee te helpen denken en ons te ondersteunen in zeer stressvolle periodes. Eigenlijk, in mijn klein Belgisch online media team, is Grava mijn collega, mijn back-up, mijn klankbord, mijn sparringpartner en door de jarenlange samenwerking een partner die enorm veel kennis/background heeft van de markt, het product en de interne structuur.

Sinds de launch van onze online casino site carousel.be besloten we met FairEtail in zee te gaan, een beslissing die we ons nog geen moment beklaagd hebben. Aanvankelijk waren ze enkel verantwoordelijk voor onze SEA campagne. Met een beperkt budget slaagden ze erin voldoende traffic naar de site te sturen waardoor we dit budget dan ook geleidelijk konden opdrijven. Nadien is de samenwerking uitgebreid en nu maken we ook gebruik van hun expertise op het gebied van SEO, RTB, GDN en Affiliate Marketing. Voor de ontwikkeling van nieuwe banners en het design van de website hebben we onze eigen designers, maar ik vraag toch steeds eens de mening aan de mensen van FairEtail. Extra advies van experten kan nooit kwaad! De voordelen van het werken met FairEtail? Het is een relatief kleine agency waardoor je als klant geen nummer bent. Ze zijn altijd bereikbaar en je wordt meteen geholpen, ook bij dringende vragen. En hoewel het een klein team is hebben ze toch voldoende kennis in huis om je op meerdere domeinen bij te staan: de perfecte combinatie!
