TWITTERWALL & ONLINE SURVEY BOOST INTERACTIVITY During the 10th PACE Europe Forum for brand owners in Brussels, duomedia developed an extensive social media campaign to boost interactivity. A large twitterwall in the conference room and touchscreen in the main hall kept all 200 participants on their social toes. Prior to the event, a content matrix was developed in cooperation with the PACE organisers to ensure a smooth and consistent content roll-out during the show. In combination with the onsite and ad hoc support at a dedicated Twitter helpdesk we managed to generate engagement between suppliers and brand owners.

No NDAs, but targeted spot-on PR – this was our mission! A teaser video warmed up the press a week in advance, hitting them at the event with an onsite and livestreamed press conference. Mimaki’s GM Marketing Mike Horsten unveiled on-the-spot the latest news to all the international press present and online, altogether in real-time. Thus delivering the message and news in a personal way, yet using digital platforms for those not able to attend. During the remainder of the show duomedia released further details on the new solutions through individual media interviews on the booth, as well as news releases and blogs via trade and social media channels. All of this resulted in reinforced media relations and outstanding media coverage before and during the event.

Projet réalisé pour XEIKON dans l'industrie Boissons pour un public B2B.duomedia boosted visibility together with Xeikon for its prestigious Xeikon Café open house in Lier. A selfies contest engaged and mobilised all visitors before and during the event. Submitted selfies were printed on the spot using Xeikon digital presses, and labeled on a Belgian beer bottle as a nice souvenir. duomedia prepared all social media activities and also reported onsite, hosting trade journalists during the Xeikon Café..It resulted in a buzzy event across trade and social media channels, and great selfies on Belgian beer bottles for lots of attendees! A jury praised the multichannel approach of the campaign, underpinned by a solid strategy and content creation - rewarding it with the IBIS Awards for best Belgian B2B Communication campaign.
Projet réalisé pour Belgian Homeless Cup dans l'industrie Sans but lucratif pour un public B2B.PRO BONO DOES NOT EQUAL CHEAPThe Belgian Homeless Cup is a non profit organisation that believes in the power of football and people. Under the theme ‘Courage Above All’, they organise weekly training sessions and a yearly national tournament for homeless people. duomedia supported this event with a dedicated PR campaign, which fully engaged the players and gave a human face to the homeless. Just a few weeks before the worldcup, portraits of the team captains were created with an identity card and personal motto. The duomedia team enjoyed the social and friendly atmosphere amongst the homeless players during the Homeless Cup tournament.
