Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?The agency was awarded AIRSCREAM's first ever media relations project in Indonesia, where they were tasked to plan and strategise a media briefing event on a weekend and host top tier Indonesian media at AIRSCREAM's exhibition booth during the Jakarta World Vape Show in Q4 2023.
Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?The team at URALA is diligent, delivers above and beyond the agreed scope of work, as well as extremely timely in their responses to any queries or support needed.
Zijn er verbeterpunten?Not complaining, but it would be nice-to-have if agency was more aggressive when dealing with clueless clients (teammates of the client, besides the PIC/project manager) to take control of any uncertain situation for a firm approach in ensuring a smooth execution.
