We prefer to work with our clients on retainer basis as this allows us to allocate dedicated resources for the client and maintain sustainability in establishing exclusive sector based media relations & execute our monthly, quarterly, semi-annual & annual PR plans properly. For this we usually compile monthly & quarterly evaluation reports that allows our clients to gauge our performance & sustain/revamp their media/PR proceedings. Once we have a clear picture of the SOW & the extent of the activities we would be in a much better position to offer a PR plan.
