Quel était l'objectif de votre collaboration ?Starlite Design is supposed to maintain and update my website. But unfortunately, they really stopped caring about their customers. I am asking for website updates but the owner stopped answering my calls and replies in hours or a few days a one-word message. I am requesting for updates for months now and not a word in return.

Qu'avez-vous le plus apprécié pendant votre collaboration ?I am having a bad experience with them. Do not hire them. Instead of suggesting ways to update and make better the website. They don't even bother updating the website or maintaining it. After prompting the owner so many times still nothing. Doesn't have the courtesy to answer or reply.

Y a-t-il des domaines où l'agence peut s'améliorer ?For once the owner needs to pick up the phone and understand the requests of the customers. This is really the worst experience and attitude towards your customers.
