Project gemaakt voor A bank in de Banken & financiële instellingen industrie voor een B2C publiek in 2019.The bank is active since many years in the Benelux, in the consumer segment (no B2B) and had a very close proximity to its customers. The main communication channel with end-customers is still via the physical sales outlets. This is also the reason that the bank has recently introduced an innovation team that will initiate and manage the innovation processes within the bank in the coming years. In the past, many attempts have been made with the "Big 5" innovation processes, but without much success.Among other things, the innovation team has the task of scanning what is happening in the outside world (outside in) and how new trends, technologies (eg AI, blockchain, apps, bots, etc.) and business models can be translated to the customers and business of the bank. The innovation team links to the business via the "business architects" who then make the connection to the "demand managers" of the various departments (such as marketing, finance, lending, insurance, ...) The demand can come from these departments, but conversely the departments are also inspired by the innovation team. The big challenge of the bank is to introduce and manage digital transformation and design and offer new digital services to its clients.
