Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?To design a fintech application for non financial literates. In order to do that, we needed to understand deeply about user’s pain point, gains and behaviour. The agency helped me go through those necessary steps.

Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?Empathy was required throughout the project. They were great at understanding the complex vision.

Zijn er verbeterpunten?The overview flow and tentative schedule of when and how to involve with stakeholders from the kickoff would be helpful. So we could know what to expect along the project and prepare accordingly.
