Zijn er verbeterpunten?It would be great to improve communication channels beyond email, as responses could sometimes be slow. Also, better alignment upfront on deliverables versus budget would help avoid misunderstandings—there were moments when our requests were declined due to cost, even though expectations hadn’t been clarified early on.
