U-Sentric was created out of love for people.

All of us believe that deeply understanding your most important stakeholder can unlock insights that transform your company and change how you create value. This is why it is our mission is to help partners put the people that use and purchase their solutions at the core of their activities.

In order to really understand what people need we go beyond data and surveys. This is why we focus on users and the context wherein they use and experience products, services or processes.

Our core services fall into the following categories:

  1. User testing: We help you improve existing and new solutions by testing them with actual end-users.
    • Usability Testing: We test the extent to which a solution can be used by specified users to achieve specific goals with effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction in a specified context of use.
    • User Experience Testing: We test a person’s perceptions and responses that result from the use or anticipated use of a solution. This kind of testing includes all the users’ emotions, beliefs, preferences, perceptions, physical and psychological responses, behaviors and accomplishments that occur before, during and after use.
  2. Design Research: We help you gather information about users, customers or stakeholders to guide innovation, product, and service design projects.
    • User Requirements Gathering: We help you understand which requirements users have with regards to the creation of a new solution
    • Innovation Projects: We help you find new opportunities in order to create value
  3. Service Design: We help you understand what kind of services can and should be developed by starting from what customers and users want and need when they interact with your services.
  4. Process Design: We help you design better processes based on what people actually do. Whether these processes are internal or external.
  5. Project Management: We can provide you with the capabilities to keep the end-user at the core of your activities or to help you implement finding or to execute longer-term projects with our support.

Service Design: We help you understand what kind of services can and should be developed by starting from what customers and users want and need when they interact with your services. 5. We support the optimization of both digital and physical tools through: 1. User Research: Gathering user needs and requirements with regards to the application 2. Usability Research: Testing the extent to which a solution can be used by specified users to achieve specific goals with effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction in a specified context of use. 3. User Experience Research: Testing a person’s perceptions and responses that result from the use or anticipated use of a product, system or service. This kind of testing includes all the users’ emotions, beliefs, preferences, perceptions, physical and psychological responses, behaviors and accomplishments that occur before, during and after use. For usability research, we have our own Usability lab. Additionally, we help improve solutions by translating insights into Wireframes, Prototypes, User Interfaces, and more.
