We started during the summer of 2013 and have already attracted more than 30 great colleagues. I'm confident this happened thanks to the great projects and clients we have but also the great talent development program we have put in place. Indeed, for us, colleagues are at the centre of the company and we do our utmost to make sure they get the appropriate trainings for now, tomorrow and next year.
This is very important as technology is evolving so fast... It's closing the gap: if we are at the top notch of the latest technologies, we'll be able to attract those companies that are evolving fast, providing great work content to our colleagues and making sure we are a nice employer for those willing to join the team. And so forth ;-)
