Wij zijn een combinatie van een full-service leverancier van uitbestede marketingdiensten en een ontwikkelaar van marketingtechnologie. Wij creëren en implementeren een reeks verkoop-, marketing- en communicatiestrategieën die uw bedrijf helpen meer zaken te doen. We werken voornamelijk met start-ups en kleine bedrijven – omdat zij de meeste hulp nodig hebben. Wij zijn van mening dat bedrijven van elke omvang en met elk budget betaalbare toegang moeten hebben tot marketingexpertise en -middelen van de volgende generatie. Waarom? Omdat klanten een bepaalde ervaring verwachten wanneer ze met een bedrijf interageren, en als de interactie niet voldoet aan hun impliciete verwachtingsniveau, zal de klantrelatie waarschijnlijk niet veel verder gaan. Het huidige commerciële landschap gaat niet langer over je aanpassen – het gaat erom op te vallen. In een wereld van kopieer-aanbiedingen en uiterlijk identieke bedrijfsmodellen moet een bedrijf merk- en waardendifferentiatie creëren in de hoofden van zijn nieuwe en bestaande klanten. Dat is wat we doen, en we denken dat we er behoorlijk goed in zijn. We zijn gevestigd in Europa met productieteams in de VS, Europa, Zuid-Afrika en Australië. 80% van onze klanten is gevestigd in de VS. It's about more than 'pretty pictures'. Web design isn't (just) about colors, layout, typography, and all the rest. It's about generating sales. Why use us for web design? Because we're looking at things from a sales perspective first and foremost. If the site doesn't convert (i.e. generate leads) then it's a waste of your money. First we take the time to understand your business - commercial goals, sales forecasts, revenue plans, etc. Then we work with you to develop engaging textural and video content to drive conversions.

At its most fundamental level, a company’s brand is the narrative that describes it, and the reason that it exists at all. It’s about being brave enough to say “This is who we are, this is why we exist, and this is why we do the things we do.” Unless you’re prepared to do that, you’re going to be ignored. The building of a brand should begin from the very outset of the creation of the company – before tangibles such as logos, corporate IDs, and suchlike. Brand building is essentially a reflection of the way the company is run, and the values the company is run with. Over the course of a number of interviews, we craft branding guidelines environment that takes the basic brand narrative and codifies it into a set of beliefs and decision-making framework. We then create tangible brand assets that both adhere to, and exemplify, the defined brand narrative and promise.

Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?We needed help with branding, website design, brochures, and lead generation.

Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and understanding of the sales and marketing process is really something else. They delivered all we could have wanted on time, and on budget. How many times can you say that with a supplier? In my experience, very rarely.
