Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?The main objective was to launch a professional, automated print-on-demand e-commerce platform that required no inventory, no logistics management, and minimal manual effort. We wanted a scalable, multilingual Shopify store integrated with Printify, optimized for international sales and user experience. BiK Solution was brought in to handle the full technical setup, branding, legal structure (incl. GDPR), and automation of the order process.

Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?What we enjoyed most was BiK Solution’s ability to translate our vision into a working solution – fast and without unnecessary complexity. Their communication was clear and proactive at every step. They didn’t just execute tasks, they actively advised us on best practices, legal compliance, and technical decisions. The collaboration felt more like a partnership than a service contract, which gave us confidence throughout the entire process.

Zijn er verbeterpunten?The overall experience was very positive. If anything, a more structured project timeline or status dashboard would have made it easier to track progress and next steps – especially during phases with multiple moving parts. Still, BiK Solution was always available, flexible, and responsive whenever we needed clarity or adjustments.
