American Design Hub

Wat was het doel van de samenwerking? Our youth sports organization was depending on group texts for schedules, announcements, and last-minute field changes, and it was becoming difficult for parents to keep track of everything. We wanted one place where families could quickly find the information they needed without searching through old messages.

Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?I appreciated that American Design Hub helped us think through the app before jumping straight into development. We had a long list of ideas, but they helped us focus on what parents and coaches actually needed in the first version. That kept the app simple, useful, and much easier for everyone to adopt.

Zijn er verbeterpunten?Nothing significant stands out. The planning process helped us avoid adding too much too early, and the team kept the project focused on the features that mattered most.

Wat was het doel van de samenwerking? We were getting too many orders where customers had selected the wrong size baking supplies, and it was creating unnecessary confusion for both them and our team. We needed the store to explain product sizes more clearly and make it easier for shoppers to find the right items.

Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking? The biggest improvement was how much clearer the shopping experience became. American Design Hub cleaned up the product categories, improved the product information, and made the sizing details much easier to understand. Customers now have a better idea of what they’re ordering before they reach checkout.

Zijn er verbeterpunten?Overall, the project went well. Most of the work was focused on fixing practical issues in the store, and the team handled those changes effectively.

Wat was het doel van de samenwerking? Our accounting firm had too many manual steps whenever a new client signed on, and it was slowing the team down. We wanted to streamline the onboarding process, especially the way client information was collected, tasks were assigned internally, and follow-up messages were sent.

Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking? The strongest part for us was that American Design Hub didn’t treat the workflow like a fixed system. Once our team started using it, we realized a few things needed to change, and they adjusted the setup around how we actually work day to day. That made the automation much more useful in practice.

Zijn er verbeterpunten? We did need a few changes after the initial setup, but that was part of getting the workflow right. The team responded quickly and made the adjustments without making the process difficult.
