Communication over specifications From our experience, most of the issues in digital projects are coming from a lack of communication between the stakeholders and the agency. We take that issue very seriously by dedicating the needed human resources and by adapting the project pace to the client. With us, no “black tunnel” of 3 months but a constant conversation based on iterative improvements. Lean & ROI-Driven workflows Our goal at 31TEN is crafting the right digital strategy and produce ROI-driven solutions for our clients. We don’t make “aesthetically” pleasing websites or apps, by adopting a testing / trial-and-error approach, we make products that people actually use and love to interact with.
