Rozenama est une plateforme de commerce électronique irakienne qui offre aux commerçants une boutique en ligne complète et un système de gestion des commandes complet en un seul endroit, sans aucun travail de développement et sans aucune connaissance technique requise. La plateforme a été conçue pour le fonctionnement réel du commerce en Irak. La plupart des commerçants irakiens vendent via Instagram, WhatsApp et Facebook, et gèrent les commandes dans des carnets, des captures d'écran et des fils de discussion. Rozenama remplace cela par un tableau de bord unique : une vitrine arabe personnalisée, le suivi des commandes de la confirmation à la livraison, un inventaire par produit, l'intégration avec les sociétés de livraison irakiennes et les passerelles de paiement locales, ainsi que des analyses ventilées par gouvernorat, client et produit.
