New Balls helped us with organising several (external and internal) events in Sitges, Spain, and Prague, CZ. This included i.e. scouting, registration page, discussing agenda and content, discussing budget, arranging hotel, meeting rooms and transport, dinner, activities etc. The quality absolutely met our expectations: we have been discussing all to do's from both sides on a very regular basis and were given an update whenever requested and necessary. In case details had to be changed then NBP was very responsive and came up with various suggestions, also taking into account the cost. We can only confirm the timeframe was very much respected as there hasn't been any delay from NBP. It was an absolute pleasure to with with NBP on the various events, would really look forward to with them again. The fact of having someone from NBP at the event is worth gold, as it is so easy to have a contactperson at the venue who is familiar with everything that has been arranged.
