Description We will collaborate with you to identify the optimal place in your market that allows you to capitalize on your strengths, your competitors weaknesses and the market’s felt/unfelt needs. As part of this process, we will help shape the manner with which you create meaningful value and secure your space in your marketplace. In addition to interviews and discussions with your internal team, we will be conducting interviews with customers and a survey of target demographic to contrast to provide context and data on your current market position.
