“Make friends. Be interesting.” FINN is een kenniscentrum, waar we de nieuwste wetenschappelijke inzichten in branding, neuromarketing, community relations, reputatiemanagement en crisiscommunicatie omzetten in onze dagelijkse praktijk. We waren één van de eerste PR-bureaus in de Benelux die natively digital waren. Inmiddels hebben we een sterk track record en duurzame modellen uitgebouwd om de owned media van onze klanten (blogs, social media,…) te koppelen aan hun inspanningen op het vlak van earned media (“klassieke PR”). Wij geloven ook sterk in het vrij delen van kennis. Dat doen we op onze blog en in onze maandelijkse webinars over marketing en PR. Onze FINN-blog werd vorig jaar door het internationale vaktijdschrift Communications Director uitgeroepen tot ‘een van de interessantste Europese blogs over communicatie.’ FINN is ook een bedrijf waar elke medewerker een mini-ondernemer is, en waar we desnoods nieuwe tools in de markt zetten als we ze niet vinden. Zo waren we wellicht het eerste PR-bureau met een eigen social media release platform, en lanceerden we Mustr, waarmee organisaties hun journalistieke contacten kunnen uitbouwen en onderhouden.
