Brand Growth Studio. Strategie, Creatief, Meta Ads

Smarkt is een brand growth studio gevestigd in Istanbul. We werken met gevestigde merken in het midden- tot hogere segment, waarbij we selecteren op fase in plaats van op branche. Wat ertoe doet, is niet de sector waarin een merk actief is, maar waar de digitale aanwezigheid staat. Er zijn twee toegangspunten. Merken zonder digitale identiteit: positionering, visuele taal, website en kanalen worden vanaf nul opgebouwd. Hoe het merk er digitaal uitziet, komt uit deze studio. Merken die er al een hebben: de bestaande structuur wordt geconsolideerd zonder te worden afgebroken, consistent gemaakt en opnieuw opgebouwd om groei te realiseren. Vier gebieden worden als één systeem beheerd in plaats van als afzonderlijke diensten die één voor één worden afgenomen: Merk- en digitale identiteit — positionering, berichtarchitectuur, corporate identity, websiteontwerp en -bouw. Creatieve productie — content, video en reels, AI-ondersteunde productie, professionele shoots. Meta-advertenties en prestaties — targeting, budgetbeheer, optimalisatie, advertentiecreatie. Analytics en rapportage — meting, concurrentieanalyse, maandelijkse rapportage. Accounts blijven bij het merk. Activa bevinden zich in de Meta Business Portfolio van het merk met partner-toegang die aan ons wordt verleend, zodat de pixel, de doelgroepgegevens en de geschiedenis in elke fase eigendom van het merk blijven. PXEL Cosmetics is vanaf nul opgebouwd in maart 2025. Het bereikt 150.000 maandelijkse impressies, 10.000 maandelijkse profielbezoeken en 5.614 volgers. Elf maanden later droeg dezelfde groep zijn tweede merk over, Leta Kozmetik, een B2B-distributeur die aan professionele salons verkoopt: 100.000 maandelijkse impressies en 4.351 volgers toegevoegd sinds de overname. Die tweede overdracht is het sterkste dat we kunnen aanwijzen. Geen enkele metriek vervangt de keuze van een klant om de relatie uit te breiden. We werken met een klein aantal merken tegelijk. Dat is een keuze, geen capaciteitslimiet. De studio is nieuw. De praktijk erachter bestaat sinds 2018, op het gebied van creatief ontwerp, social media management en adverteren.

We run social media as one system with strategy and advertising, not as a separate feed to fill. How we work: 1. Positioning and message architecture first. Every channel says the same thing. 2. A monthly content plan built on that positioning, produced in house: static, video and AI-assisted work. 3. Content and advertising move on the same calendar. Production does not stop. 4. The numbers are read together every month, and budget shifts to what works. What to expect: a fixed monthly production volume agreed at the start, one consistent visual language across every channel, and a single readable report each month. PXEL Cosmetics was built from zero in March 2025 and reaches 150,000 monthly impressions, 10,000 monthly profile visits and 5,614 followers. Leta Kozmetik, a B2B distributor selling into professional salons, reaches 100,000 monthly impressions and has added 4,351 followers since takeover. We work with a small number of brands at a time. That is a choice, not a capacity limit.

We manage Meta advertising for the same brands we produce content for. Ad creative and organic content come out of one production line, which is why the ads do not read as bolted on. How we work: 1. Setup inside the brand's own Meta Business Portfolio, with partner access granted to us. The brand owns its accounts, pixel and data at all times. 2. Audience and offer structure built from the brand's positioning, not from a template. 3. Creative produced specifically for each ad set and tested in rotation. 4. Weekly optimisation, monthly reporting on what the spend produced. What to expect: visibility into where the budget went, ad creative from the same team that runs the organic channel, and measurable demand rather than reach for its own sake.

Content strategy is where the other two services start. Before anything is produced or promoted, we set the positioning and the message architecture: what the brand says, in what order, and to whom. How we work: 1. Read the brand, its competitors and its existing numbers before proposing anything. 2. Define positioning and message architecture, so every channel says the same thing. 3. Translate that into a monthly content plan with a fixed production volume. 4. Review monthly and adjust the plan against what the numbers show. What to expect: a written positioning you can hand to anyone, a content plan that does not restart from scratch every month, and one visual language across every channel.
