It's organized by Het Nieuwsblad - popular newspaper from media group Mediahuis (+1 million readers on daily basis). Given the popularity of cycling in Belgium (2nd most popular sport after football), the show gets massive national media attention in print, online, TV and radio. Attending the event are professional cyclists, celebs, media watchers, sports influencers, sport and team managers, and media.Panama Events was responsible for event concept, event production, event decoration, VIP hospitality, catering coordination, branding, event coordination, event flow and award ceremony (flow).
Project gemaakt voor Zoute Events in de Entertainment & Events industrie voor een B2B / B2C publiek in 2017.The Zoute Grand Prix is a four day, prestigious, classic car event where captains of industry, managers, and a number of loyal car brands, partners and fans from of all over the world get together with premium car brands who exhibit their latest models and present their oldtimers. The event builds on a national and international reputation, and puts Knokke Le Zoute - since time immemorial associated with a refined lifestyle where class, recreation and sportsmanship reign supreme - in the spotlight as the center of the world's most prestigious car brands, both old and new. The program consists of a classic car rally, a GT race, breakfasts, lunches and gala-dinners on 4 different locations. Panama Events was responsible for event production, for build up of all the tents and infrastructure, for interior decoration in all tents, for hosting different events on 4 locations (Bonhams VIP tent, Drivers Club, Jaguar stand, Royal Golf VIP tent), for VIP hospitality during the four-day event, for coordinating the catering during the events, for hosting partners, and for hosting and coordinating breakfasts, lunches and gala-dinners in the different locations.Panama Events also launched the Jaguar E-Pace during the event.
