Freshlab is een creatieve digitale studio in Velenje, Slovenië. We brengen strategie, design, ontwikkeling en marketing samen en helpen klanten om van een eerste idee te komen tot werk dat ze kunnen gebruiken, meten en verder uitbouwen. Sinds 2019 hebben we meer dan 100 projecten opgeleverd in de gezondheidszorg, energiesector, maakindustrie en e-commerce. Ons werk omvat Framer- en WordPress-websites, maatwerkplatforms, webshops, applicaties, automatisering en Google- en Meta-campagnes. Medeoprichters Urh en Jan Meža blijven rechtstreeks betrokken. Urh leidt strategie, marketing en de begeleiding van klanten; Jan leidt ontwikkeling en systemen. Samen met hun team zorgen ze ervoor dat bedrijfsprioriteiten en technische beslissingen met elkaar verbonden blijven. Ook na de lancering blijven we betrokken en bieden we doorlopende ondersteuning aan meer dan 50 klanten. Begin met Fast Track: één gerichte verbetering, opgeleverd in drie werkdagen voor € 1.750. Growth works better when the website, the ads and the tracking are planned together. We agree on the number to move, set up the tracking to see it, and adjust from there. Pedicare's free consultations grew 452%, with organic traffic up 118%. For Sontro we have run social media, email and paid ads alongside the website for four years. For ongoing growth work there is our Ongoing Partner plan, from €3,500 a month, month to month.

Beschrijving
We design and build websites with a job to do, usually bringing in enquiries or bookings. Design and development happen in the same team, so what you approve is what goes live. Medgen's rebuilt site, organised around eight patient groups, came with 378% more first consultations. For CPU we replaced 280+ static registration pages with two dynamic forms. We build in Framer, WordPress and Webflow.

We build online stores and help them sell. For Helicopter Food we built a WooCommerce store with subscriptions designed in from day one, so every product page links straight to its subscription version. We look after nine online stores for Chicatella, which now sells in 10+ international markets, and we built its checkout with upsells. And Labring's monthly product sales in Slovenia grew 12.5x within a year of running its Google, Meta and YouTube campaigns together.

A brand has to hold up on the website, in the ads and in the sales conversation, so we design it with all of them in mind. We start from what is already true about your business. For Trgotur, an HR agency with 30 years behind it, we built a new identity around connecting people and organisations, then a website and an employment portal on top of it. For Ojster, which makes hand-forged knives, we gave the online store a dark, bold look that carries the craft of blacksmithing.

We run Google Ads, Meta and YouTube campaigns for businesses that want enquiries or sales they can count, and we set up the tracking that lets us judge the campaigns on exactly that. Medgen's ads return 6.37x on ad spend, after around two years with us. For Modri zob, a dental group with four clinics, we cut the cost per enquiry by more than 50%. Tuplex got 10x more monthly enquiries when it entered the Slovenian market.

Beschrijving
Kinu is our own app, built in-house end to end. It is a private personal CRM for remembering the people you care about, live on the App Store and Google Play since July 2026, with a web app beside it. One TypeScript monorepo ships iOS, Android, the web app and the marketing site, and one design system keeps them looking like one product. It is local-first, so notes stay on the device and work offline. If you need an app, this is the team and the stack that would build it.

VerhaalUrh and Jan Meža have been working together since 2015 and founded Freshlab in Velenje in 2019. They built it so design, development and marketing stay with one team, without handoffs between suppliers.
