Our mission is to change the paradigm of how companies innovate by allowing them to create, prototype and test new ideas & business models. These are built on qualitative market research and continuously tested for market fit, at low-risk & low-cost, with shared risk and involvement from Founding Partners.
We're an innovation studio that thinks that innovation is broken.
Why?
Incubators are not proven to have any impact. Most equate to some empty real estate with fashionable exposed brick walls and a wifi connection. They generate no real value to the brands sponsoring them, either financially or in knowledge.
Internal innovation is workshops, innovation by committee, and then trying to shoehorn a new way of working into the company’s process’. And too many post-it notes.
Acquisition generates a clash of cultures, management styles and the team which means the creation of beneficial added value is hard to stimulate.
What's our solution?
We believe that by externalising the spin-offs, giving them structural freedom, helps them not be siloed in to quickly and given space to grow. We also believe that Corporate owned startups are a great place for corporates best talent to flourish rather than leaving for another start-up.
We have a 3 step program developed by our experienced team of founders, that generates business' that look forwards and develop new revenue streams.
