Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?Objective behind the collaboration When we entered the Belgian market during COVID-19, we faced a dual challenge: I had troubles getting appointments as our product didn’t have any brand recognition and healthcare environments require the approval from Belgium's National Health Council. We partnered with Factivity to build credibility from the ground up — not just awareness, but genuine trust among healthcare institutions, the hospitality sector, and ultimately government bodies.
Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?Factivity's phased approach was key — starting with trade press, adding VITO lab validation, then real-world testimonials. The turning point was when media started seeking us out. The school pilot was a highlight, generating national TV, radio, and press coverage beyond anything we'd anticipated.
Zijn er verbeterpunten?Areas for improvement A more agile content calendar could have helped us react faster to breaking news. On the digital side, while I personally developed social media accounts, as a company we could have done more — our internal teams were stretched too thin to fully leverage that channel alongside traditional PR.
