Ons werk omvat onderzoek en strategie, experience design, software-engineering en AI en opkomende technologie. In de praktijk betekent dit dat we echte gebruikers interviewen voordat we iets ontwerpen, prototypes maken in Figma en bouwen met React, Next.js en Sanity. Bij AI beginnen we met het werk, niet met de technologie: we zoeken naar repetitieve taken die het waard zijn om aan te pakken, maken binnen enkele weken prototypes op basis van echte data en zeggen eerlijk als AI niet het juiste antwoord is. We zijn een klein team met een aantal zeer grote klanten. Sinds 2015 werken we met Intuit QuickBooks, Deliveroo, Omnicom en GroupM, en hebben we van alles gemaakt: van een AR-game voor de New York Yankees tot een 3D-visualisatie voor Architectural Grille. Meestal begint het met één team en één project, waarna het nieuws zich door het bedrijf verspreidt. We leggen dingen uit in duidelijke taal, blazen de scope niet kunstmatig op en komen in Londen graag bij je langs. 7 mensen in hun team
