Bold Wise is een onafhankelijk digitaal adviesbureau dat bedrijven helpt betere beslissingen te nemen over hun websites, digitale producten en merken. Ik werk rechtstreeks met oprichters en managementteams om eerst te begrijpen wat er werkelijk speelt, voordat we beslissen wat we moeten maken of veranderen. Dat kan betekenen dat we een onduidelijk digitaal probleem ontrafelen, een bestaande website beoordelen, een product vormgeven, een merk verduidelijken of bepalen waar een investering het grootste verschil zal maken. Mijn aanpak begint met diagnose en gaat daarna over tot uitvoering. Ik combineer meer dan 20 jaar ervaring in digitale strategie, UX, productontwikkeling, design en realisatie. Daardoor kan ik het hele vraagstuk bekijken in plaats van het uitsluitend vanuit één specialisme te benaderen. Wanneer de richting duidelijk is, kan ik die ook vertalen naar praktische actie — van gerichte verbeteringen en prototypes tot merkidentiteiten en complete websites. Daarnaast bied ik doorlopende Website Stewardship aan bedrijven die afhankelijk zijn van hun website, maar niemand hebben die ervoor verantwoordelijk is om de website verbonden te houden met de organisatie terwijl prioriteiten, klanten en behoeften veranderen. Beschrijving I help businesses work out what their website, digital product or wider digital presence actually needs before committing time and money to a solution. The work starts with understanding the business, its customers, what has changed and where the real problem lies. Depending on the situation, that can involve stakeholder conversations, user and competitor research, analytics, UX review and examining the existing website or product. The outcome is clarity: what matters, what needs to change, what doesn’t, and what should happen next. Where useful, I can stay involved to turn that direction into practical improvements rather than handing over a strategy deck and disappearing.
