Axa Bank - Personalised Digital Experienceavril 2015
AXAbank.be is a "smart website" with marketing automation. A personalised digital experience that gets to know the visitor by his behaviour, the context, the device and previously visited websites. The website picks content that's relevant for that specific visitor. Wijs created this complete experience during a strategic cooperation with AXA Bank. A fine example of strategy and execution, if we may say so ourselves.
Digital transformation for De Lijnavril 2015
For over 3 years we have been working with public transportation company De Lijn to completely transform their digital identity, strategy and infrastructure. We did extensive customer research to really understand how customers experience traveling with De Lijn. What we found? Customers want to be in control of their transport. They want the same digital experience on any device at any location. They want to know what's going on (where's my bus, why is it late, is it still coming?). We translated these insights to a completely transformed and future-proof digital experience.
