What We Provide We deliver rapid prototyping and validation when a concept needs to be proven quickly, whether that involves establishing a playable core loop, validating critical user flows and tool workflows, or running targeted technical spikes to confirm feasibility around performance, networking, pipelines, and content tooling. We also deliver vertical slice and feature work end-to-end, taking well-defined requirements from design through implementation with an emphasis on clean integration, testability, and production scalability, and we support teams under delivery pressure by embedding as an accountable delivery pod that plugs into existing cadences and tooling while owning a scoped area of delivery with clear acceptance criteria and predictable reporting. Where projects are blocked by instability, performance degradation, or build and pipeline issues, we run focused rescue and stabilisation engagements that diagnose root causes quickly and implement prioritised fixes without creating unnecessary disruption, and where clients need senior product or design leadership, we provide systems, UX, and production design support to ensure mechanics, progression, content frameworks, and workflows are coherent, implementable, and improved through structured playtesting and iteration. We make trade-offs explicit whenever constraints change so clients can make informed decisions rather than inherit hidden compromises, and we close with a structured handover that includes repository integration, build and deployment notes, right-sized documentation, and knowledge transfer as required, with an optional support window for stabilisation and follow-on adjustments.     Olive Branch Interactive - 3D Services Olive Branch Interactive provides end-to-end 3D production and real-time implementation services for games, virtual tabletops, XR experiences, and interactive visualisation. We build performant, readable, and scalable 3D content that holds up in production, from early look-development and modular kit planning through to final asset delivery, engine integration, lighting, optimisation, and technical validation. Our approach balances visual quality with practical constraints such as performance budgets, streaming and memory limits, camera readability, and content iteration speed, ensuring that what we deliver is not only attractive, but also reliable to ship and straightforward for teams to maintain. Environment Art and World Building We design and produce environments that support gameplay, navigation, and storytelling, with a focus on strong silhouettes, clear landmarks, and modular construction that scales. We deliver blockouts and greyboxes, modular environment kits, hero set pieces, dressing and set decoration passes, and world-building details that reinforce the intended tone and player guidance, while remaining compatible with production pipelines such as World Partition, PCG workflows, and scalable LOD strategies. Modular Kits, Props, and Asset Production We create production-ready 3D assets including modular architecture, prop libraries, set dressing packs, and hero assets, built to agreed style guides and technical specifications. Assets are delivered with clean topology where required, consistent pivots and scale, disciplined naming conventions, and material setups designed for efficient reuse, so that content creation remains fast and consistent as the project grows. Materials, Look Development, and Lighting We develop coherent visual language through materials and lighting that are tailored to real-time constraints, establishing surface standards, shader conventions, texture budgets, and lighting direction that supports readability. We can provide look-dev benchmarks, material libraries, lighting passes for key locations, and validation across camera angles to ensure the world reads clearly in both cinematic and practical play views. Unreal Engine Integration and Technical Art We integrate 3D content into Unreal Engine with a technical-art mindset, ensuring assets are correctly set up for collision, LODs, Nanite where appropriate, material instances, and performance-friendly defaults. We support PCG-enabled content workflows, blueprint-driven dressing systems, spline-based environment tools, and optimisation and profiling to keep frame-rate, memory, and streaming stable as scene complexity increases. Character and Creature Support Where required, we provide character and creature support focused on game-ready implementation, including modelling and surfacing, rigging coordination, and integration readiness. We prioritise clean deformation, consistent scale, and practical texture/material setup, with deliverables structured to fit animation and runtime requirements. Optimisation, Performance, and Production Support We provide targeted optimisation and stabilisation services that improve runtime performance and production reliability, including LOD and HLOD strategy, texture and material audits, draw call reduction, lighting performance considerations, and content pipeline clean-up. This work is particularly valuable when projects approach vertical slice milestones and need the content to behave predictably under production conditions. How We Deliver We begin with alignment on style, camera requirements, platform targets, and performance budgets, then establish a clear asset list, naming conventions, and technical specifications so delivery remains consistent across contributors. We work in short production cycles with regular review builds and clear acceptance criteria, and we deliver assets with documentation that makes integration straightforward, including engine-ready exports, scene setup notes, and material and lighting conventions.
