User Research We plan, organize, and facilitate user research sessions, document, and analyze our finding to help you & your team gain a deeper understanding and empathy towards your users, their needs, aspirations, and pain points. UX Audits We conduct UX Audits and extensive heuristic evaluations of your product, service or omnichannel experience. Analyzing & synthesizing our findings, we make improvement suggestions, prioritized according to impact VS effort for your planning convenience. User Testing We take care of the user testing scope, planning & preparation, the recruitment of the participants, and the online or in-person facilitation of the sessions. Dedicated teams We bring our experts together and build a dedicated, multidisciplinary team for your project or organization. We offer flexible & adaptable remote or on-site allocation & workflow with a minimum commitment of 6 months or sprints on a pre-defined hourly or daily rate depending on team size, team members' seniority, and commitment timeframe. This service is an excellent solution for organizations without an existing UX team in place or for organizations with a new project in the pipeline, but with no capacity of the internal team. Pay-As-You-Go Pre-defined hourly or daily rate ranging from €100-€200 per hour depending on the project's needs and requirements & seniority of resource allocated. We offer flexible & adaptable remote or on-site allocation. Usually, the most suitable solution to extend the services & deliverables of our packages & subscriptions without a minimum commitment.
