Projet réalisé pour Puratos dans l'industrie Biens et services industriels pour un public B2B en 2018.Puratos asked us to help them in the definition of the role of their digital tools.Therefore, we conduct an internal study within the 47 countries.It helped us to understand the reality of their actual marketing and digital teams.Based on this, we where able to define a digital strategy in line with their internal request and adapted to the different countries.We defined a clear customer journey for each of the target groups and imagine the new Puratos digital ecosystem. Finally, we helped setting up this proposition with the rights partners.

Collaboration en cours avec Team Katusha dans l'industrie Sport pour un public B2B / B2C depuis 2015.The cycling team Katusha ask us to help them in their digital evolution by embracing digital and social media tools.As one of the leading of the pro tour, Katusha had to be part of the online cycling ecosystem.Therefore, we help them to develop their image and create relevant content for their fans.We also trained all the staffs and create the link with the different stakeholder around the team.
