HistoireWhen we founded Looping in Paris in 2015, we were driven by one clear question: what will people actually want next? From day one we focused on strategic research and design to answer that question for organizations facing shifting customer and employee expectations. We've lived the messy early stages — translating raw insight into imagined propositions, testing them with real people, and refining until ideas became viable directions. That grind taught us to value empathy over assumptions, and to keep humans—customers, employees, partners—at the center of every decision. Today we still carry that curiosity: helping teams understand, imagine and evaluate the next proposition that will matter to people.
