During a thorough KPI workshop we first defined the online KPI's and translated them into the appropriate metrics. This measurement framework is step by step implemented on the different platforms used. Both Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics have been configured accordingly. This now allows them to follow up on the online performance based on correct and complete data. Next we created different dashboards for different users within the organisation to follow up on the online performance. The dashboards range from highlevel management dashboards to detailed performance dashboards to follow up on actions.
Projet réalisé pour Hubo dans l'industrie Vente au détail pour un public B2C.About half a year after the launch of the webshop for a large DIY retailer the time was there to focus on the conversion of of visitors and drive more traffic to the webshop. A roadmap that combined the three domains; UX, SEO, Digital Marketing and Web Analytics was defined. The main goal was to improve the revenue and conversion in a short timespan. Together with both the internal Marketing team and the development team we achieved very good results in a short period. After two months we were able to improve the revenue from organic traffic with 646% and the general online conversion with 218%.In order to follow up on the results we created KPI dashboards. The dashboards are tailored to the internal audience and show exactly those metrics that help them gain insight and take decisions based on this information. The dashboards combine data from different sources such as Google Analytics, SAP, Hybris, Search Console and SemRush.
