Wij kunnen uw website vanaf nul bouwen met een headless CMS in combinatie met een top framework zoals VueJS of gebruik maken van bestaande applicaties zoals WordPress. Grote kans, want het is inmiddels hét meest gebruikte device ter wereld. Aanwezig zijn op de telefoon van jouw gebruiker(s), met een mobiele app of webapp, kan dus extreem waardevol zijn. Een goede mobiele app of webapp vormt dus een verlengstuk van een bestaand product of dienst om huidige en nieuwe klanten nog beter te bedienen. Daarnaast zijn apps perfect om de gebruiker op elk moment van de dag van de juiste informatie te voorzien. Om er zeker van te zijn dat een mobiele app of webapp gebouwd is om lang mee te gaan (en niet meteen na installatie alweer gedeactiveerd wordt) werken onze ervaren mobiele app developers continu aan manieren om de ontwikkelingen een stap voor te blijven. Ze zijn dan ook experts in de nieuwste ontwikkelingen zoals Android’s Architecture Components, Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI, ARKit en Flutter. Wanneer we het hebben over de gebruikerservaring en de vormgeving van een website, app of ander online kanaal, wordt er vaak direct gedacht aan ‘hoe het eruit ziet’. Natuurlijk is dit heel belangrijk, maar wanneer het gaat om UX design gaat het veel verder dan dat. Hierbij wordt gekeken naar hoe de gebruiker zich door de digitale klantreis beweegt, om ervoor te zorgen dat hij/zij de juiste informatie op het juiste moment krijgt geserveerd. Hierbij komen zaken als leesbaarheid, toegankelijkheid en de implementatie van verschillende innovaties zoals Artificial Intelligence of Natural Language Processing (NLP) om de hoek kijken. Samen vormen deze elementen een essentieel onderdeel van de gehele klantbeleving. 90% van de projecten bij Harborn bevatten UX Design. Dit komt omdat interactie met de klant op veel verschillende niveaus kan plaatsvinden: van het verwerken van orders van bevroren aardappelproducten binnen de Lamb Weston/Meijer customer portal, tot het tentoonstellen van de mooiste sieraden van Wiezewasjes binnen een esthetisch sterke, sales gedreven web shop, of het verbinden van vraag en aanbod in de scheepsbouw met de i-Ask app. Drie totaal verschillende type organisaties, die allemaal gebruik maken van de kracht van slim UX Design. Do we need to say more? EN When it comes to the user experience and design of a website, app or any other digital channel many people only think about ‘how it looks’. Of course that’s very important but when it comes to UX design it’s far more about how to guide the user through the digital customer journey and make sure (s)he gets the right information at the right moment. This also includes readability, accessibility and implementation of different innovations, such as Artificial Intelligence or Natural Language Processing. This is an essential part of the entire customer experience. 90% of our projects include UX design. Interaction with the user happens on multiple levels: from handling frozen potato product orders in Lamb Weston/Meijers’ business-minded customer portal, to capturing the most beautiful jewelry of Wiezewasjes in an esthetically pleasing, yet sales-driven web shop, or connecting smart ship-building solutions to specific niche market challenges in the i-Ask app. Three totally different types of business, yet all relying on the power of effective UX design. Gelukkig zijn we ook niet te beroerd om een mooi stukje code op maat te schrijven. Een mooie combinatie van bewezen technologie en customization. We denken mee over het doorvoeren van maatwerkoplossingen en out-of-the-box configuraties. Het allerbelangrijkste resultaat is dat klanten er ook heel blij van worden.
