Clarmaj est une agence de marketing portugaise qui travaille exclusivement avec des PME industrielles. Basée à Maia, dans le district de Porto, nous accompagnons les entreprises de la métallurgie et de l’usinage CNC, des moules et de l’injection plastique, de la sidérurgie et de la fonderie, de la construction métallique, des équipements industriels et de l’automatisation, du textile et de l’emballage, dans le Grand Porto et le nord du Portugal. Cette spécialisation dans l’industrie est délibérée. Avant de créer l’agence, notre fondateur, Joao Ribeiro, a dirigé des unités de production pendant quatorze ans et est titulaire d’une certification Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Il n’est pas nécessaire de lui expliquer ce qu’est une tolérance géométrique, pourquoi le temps de réglage influence le prix d’une pièce fabriquée à l’unité, ou ce qui change dans un devis lorsque l’acheteur exige une certification EN 1090. Nous mesurons notre travail en demandes de devis, et non en portée ou en nombre d’abonnés. Nos services comprennent : des sites web techniques présentant les spécifications du parc machines, les capacités et les certifications ; des formulaires de demande de devis acceptant les fichiers CAO ; la génération de prospects B2B ; la prospection sur LinkedIn auprès des responsables des achats, de la production et de la maintenance ; des campagnes Google Ads structurées par procédé de fabrication ; et la mise en place de CRM commerciaux. Chaque collaboration commence par un diagnostic gratuit de trente minutes, sur le site de production ou par téléphone. Il aboutit à un document d’une page identifiant les trois points où l’entreprise perd des demandes de devis. Description Clarmaj works only with industrial SMEs: metalworking, moulds and plastics, machinery, components, packaging, and the engineering companies that supply them. The starting point is a session on the production floor, because the arguments that win an industrial quote are in the process, the tolerances and the lead times, and they are usually absent from the company's own website. From there we build the message, the offer and the channel plan, and we run it as a single system across the website, search, LinkedIn and the CRM. Minimum engagement six months.
