Qu'avez-vous le plus apprécié pendant votre collaboration ?L'écoute et la compréhension de Jessica ainsi que ses questions pertinentes quand je n'arrivais pas à me décider. Son aide aussi pour l'utilisation de la charte graphique dans ma communication.

Quel était l'objectif de votre collaboration ?The agency created several elements for us in 2020, mainly revolving around the 25th anniversary of our not-for-profit association. The most ambitious of these was an animated video of 5 minutes' duration (with voiceover and subtitles) to showcase our key successes over the 25 years.

Qu'avez-vous le plus apprécié pendant votre collaboration ?The professionalism of the agency, friendliness and can-do attitude. The quality of both the video, and a special Christmas card designed by the agency, was also first-class.

Y a-t-il des domaines où l'agence peut s'améliorer ?The agency uses a very effective and efficient system to plan and execute the work. Indeed, they had sometimes moved on to the next stage (e.g. in the development of the video) before we realised an element could no longer be changed. That said, the agency is young and we are not so experienced in using external support for our communications. Both sides learned and will grow from the experience.
