The website will eventually be implemented in two main phases, of which the first is complete, due to delays caused by our own change requests and delays in providing timely content. However we are very satisfied with the design, functionality and live performance of what has been done so far. Key requirements for the website - three languages, responsive capability, attractive look and feel, easy navigation etc - have been well-delivered.. BrainLane's price quote was competitive, however some mutual misunderstandings in project scope were discovered later but are being satisfactorily resolved without major budget over-runs. This required some innovative temporary work-arounds proposed by them to keep us on schedule for a key launch date. Project management could have been more assertive and look-ahead from their side sometimes, particularly as we the user are a small non-profit +organisation with no professional IT staff. However BrainLane have been surprisingly flexible in accommodating our client needs, and overall responded extremely well to intermediate deadlines, some of which were very tight. We consider them to be a competent, reliable and professional company.

In one word like in thousands, I would recommend this company above most others. WHY? Because the co-operation is smooth. I get what I want. Clear explanations (as opposed to javanese words that a person with limited IT knowledge would not understand). They put themselves in your shoes and try their best to understand what YOU need (not what THEY like to realise). They point out the missing items and explain why it is important; they anticipate on possible mistakes or problems, but contrary to some other suppliers, they do not try to shove this in your budget while you don't need it. Last but not least, the whole team is friendly, polite and make you feel like you're their only Client. Too good not to consider them for at least one of your projects, no matter how original or atypical it might be.
