VerhaalWe started The New Normal in 2019 in Stuttgart after years of seeing transformation projects stall when only systems or tools were changed. Our core team came off the Leadership 2020 initiative at Daimler AG and kept asking why good plans failed to stick. That question became our compass. We combine more than a decade of corporate know‑how with a start‑up mindset to place culture — the people and ecosystems inside organisations — at the centre of change. Early projects taught us to listen first, prototype fast, and spread ownership beyond executives to everyday teams. We take pride in helping clients discover what truly suits them and in unlocking collective intelligence through agile design, participative formats and clear communication. Creating the new normal is messy — and exactly why we love it.
