We partnered with stakeholders across departments to model realistic KPIs and decision workflows, prove how quickly value can be delivered with a Fabric-first approach, and create a publicly accessible demo that builds trust, accelerates alignment, and drives informed next steps.

Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?What I enjoyed most was turning vague “can we see what’s possible?” conversations into something real that people could click through and immediately understand. Working across departments to translate their day-to-day questions into clean KPIs and a story that actually lands - then watching it spark faster alignment and better discussions—was the most rewarding part.
