Odysi bouwt AI-assistenten voor WhatsApp die vragen van klanten beantwoorden voor kleine en middelgrote bedrijven in Spanje en de EU. De assistent werkt op het officiële WhatsApp Business-platform, beantwoordt vragen op basis van de documentatie van de klant en draagt het gesprek over aan een persoon wanneer dat nodig is. De assistent blijft van de klant: wij schrijven de documentatie en de klant kan de antwoorden zelf aanpassen. Onze livecase is Fixlab, een laboratorium voor voertuigtypegoedkeuring in Spanje, waar de assistent het enige aanspreekpunt is voor vragen van klanten over voertuigcertificering. De twee oprichters doen het werk zelf, volledig op afstand vanuit Madrid, met een kleine groep freelancers tijdens piekperiodes. We bouwen ook AI-tools en websites op maat en werken aan zichtbaarheid in zoekmachines en in door AI gegenereerde antwoorden (GEO). 5 mensen in hun team

Beschrijving Odysi builds WhatsApp AI assistants that answer customer questions for small and mid-sized businesses in Spain and the EU. The assistant runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, answers from the client's own documentation, and hands the conversation to a person when it should. It stays the client's: we write the documentation and the client can change the answers themselves. Our live case is Fixlab, a vehicle homologation lab in Spain, where the assistant is the single front door for customer questions about vehicle certification. The two founders do the work themselves, fully remote and based in Madrid, with a small group of freelancers at peak times. We also build custom AI tools and websites, and work on search and AI-answer visibility (GEO).
