Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?To build our brand's social media presence from nothing and reach two very different audiences — American food lovers and Albanian customers at home and in the diaspora — with content in both languages.
Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?The daily rhythm and the ideas. There was always fresh content ready, always a new format to try, and when something didn't match my taste, it was redone quickly without drama. They treat the brand's voice like their own.
Zijn er verbeterpunten?Occasionally, a creative concept needed a couple of rounds to hit the mark — but iterations were always fast, and the final versions were always right.

Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?To take our olive oil brand from zero online presence to a complete digital business: a professional e-commerce website, visibility on Google for the US market, and later a bilingual expansion to sell in Albania as well. We had the product and the story — we needed everything else built.
Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?The speed and the honesty. Ideas discussed in the morning were live by the evening, and communication was daily and always in plain language. What I appreciated most is that they told me the truth — when something wasn't worth paying for, they said so, and when I rejected a design, they simply made a better one. They also found and fixed problems I would never have noticed on my own.
Zijn er verbeterpunten?Nothing significant — occasionally a first design draft needed a second round to match my taste, but the reworks always came fast and the final result was always right.
