Most AI pilots don't fail on the model. They fail because the data underneath was never good enough, and nobody checked before the budget was committed. So we check first. An AI audit tells you where you stand on data, people, and processes, and comes back as a maturity report with a roadmap to one first use case, chosen for business value against implementation complexity. Then we build. Generative AI on your own data using retrieval augmented generation, fine-tuning, and small language models, so staff and customers can get answers out of documents and systems nobody has time to read. Our AI Data Analyst lets people ask questions of company data in plain language instead of queueing for a dashboard request. Explainable AI training runs half a day or a full day, for managers who have to approve AI projects without a machine learning background. And we cover the unglamorous part: security, governance, and the operating model for people and models working together once you scale past the pilot. We work on your data, in your stack. An innovation workshop that ends in a wall of sticky notes is a waste of a good week. Ours end in a ranked use-case backlog with effort estimates against business value. Then we build what's on it. Business intelligence: reporting layers on a modelled warehouse, so the number in a dashboard matches the number in the source system. Predictive analytics: models where there's a decision worth improving, including churn, propensity, demand, and next best action. Natural language processing: applied to text nobody has time to read, including support tickets, survey responses, and open-field feedback. Automation: the reporting and data handling that currently occupies people who should be analysing instead. Twenty-three specialists in Aalst, working since 2014.
