Wat was het doel van de samenwerking?We needed a complete online store for our investment metals business - gold, silver, platinum and numismatic coins and bars. We didn't want a generic template shop. Our customers are buying serious products, so the website had to look trustworthy and premium, work in Bulgarian and English, and have a real catalog, cart, accounts and checkout. We were looking for a team that could build it custom and work with us long term, not just deliver and disappear.

Wat vond je het leukst tijdens de samenwerking?A few things. The team actually understood what we were building and pushed back when we suggested something that would not work, instead of just saying yes. The technical quality is high - the site is fast, the admin is easy for us to use, and we have not had stability issues since launch. Communication was direct and we always knew what was happening. They felt more like part of our team than an outside vendor.

Zijn er verbeterpunten?Nothing serious. If we did it again, we would prepare more of our content (product photos, descriptions, legal text) earlier, because that was the part that slowed us down on our side. Maybe a clearer content checklist at the start of the project from their side would have helped us plan that better.
