They’ve completely redesigned the WordPress website and created an ordering system for B2B and B2C clients. OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE We needed to completely redesign our website and ordering system for the B2B clients. We hadn’t updated our site since 2015, so the main challenge was to get everything up to date with the latest trend and create the whole ecosystem behind it for our B2B and B2C clients. SOLUTION What was the scope of their involvement? We initially provided Flatline Agency with our guidelines and all our brand stories. They started by asking us questions about who we wanted to target and made a persona. Additionally, they researched trends. The team has developed the website on WordPress and used some plug-ins for the site. However, they’ve mainly created custom code. They’ve also advised us on cybersecurity, handled the testing, and provided maintenance services. What is the team composition? We have direct contact with eight teammates, including a co-owner, a project manager, and some developers. How did Flatline Agency perform from a project management standpoint? It’s been easy to communicate with them; we use WhatsApp, a Slack channel, and emails. They’re very responsive; it doesn’t matter if it’s 11:00 p.m. or 6:00 a.m., they always respond within a few minutes and answer our questions. Overall, giving them feedback is easy because they have their own spreadsheet for comments. What did you find most impressive about them? They’re really helpful and quick to respond.
