Cytech bouwt software rondom uw bedrijf. Ons team van 20 medewerkers werd opgericht in 2001 in het Science & Technology Park of Crete en beschikt samen over 25 jaar ervaring met meer dan 30 softwareprojecten, producten en diensten voor klanten wereldwijd. Bouwen. Verbinden. Evolueren. We ontwikkelen nieuwe software, verbinden systemen en gegevens en onderhouden en moderniseren platforms. Architectuur, beveiliging, cloudlevering en voortdurende ondersteuning maken deel uit van onze engineeringaanpak. Verbonden gegevens en diensten vormen de basis voor betekenisvolle AI. We implementeren intelligente assistenten, agentische applicaties en AI-ondersteunde workflows binnen uw software. In 2025 ontwikkelden we de EU Common Ship Sanitation Database, migreerden we bestaande gegevens en bouwden we offline mobiele software voor inspecteurs. Tijdens de pandemie verwerkte de Europese dPLF miljoenen passagiersformulieren per maand; de Griekse PLF ontving tienduizenden inzendingen per dag. Doordat we onze eigen software bouwen en onderhouden, kijken we als producteigenaar naar architectuur, betrouwbaarheid en toekomstige ontwikkeling. mCore verwerkt meer dan één miljard sms-berichten per jaar. De centrale routeringsengine, Sendium, is afzonderlijk beschikbaar als opensourcesoftware. Cytech beschikt over de certificeringen ISO 27001:2022 en ISO 27701:2019. We assess the existing architecture, identify practical improvements and help plan or implement the changes. Our work covers cloud migration, infrastructure as code, network segmentation, automated provisioning and deployment, monitoring and continued support. We work with AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud. Our delivered modernization work includes moving a legacy platform from a manually managed server to production-ready AWS infrastructure, with scalable services, secure storage and databases, automated releases and centralized logging. Consultancy scope, implementation responsibilities and support are agreed for each engagement.

We connect mobile interfaces with backend services, existing platforms and the information people need while working away from their desks. Our work considers mobile workflows, access controls, synchronization, security and the infrastructure supporting the app. Where required, we design for intermittent connectivity and offline operation. For the EU Common Ship Sanitation Database, we developed mobile software with offline support for inspectors alongside the complete web platform and legacy-data migration. Our MIRAGE contribution covered mobile interfaces and network-incident notifications; FORTH developed the core ARTEMIS detection and mitigation technology.
