Kipa is the leading retailer in Turkey with 200 department stores and more than 9.600 employees. The company is owned by Tesco, one of the top three retailers in the world.

Briefing

Kipa asked Emakina to create a new digital experience to reach customers in Turkey through a qualified, responsive website for non-food products, sold by the Tesco Kipa stores.

The strategy: a fluent shopping experience

Kipadirekt.com is a functional e-commerce website attracting more customers and direct more sales to remote locations. Emakina focused on a strong online marketing strategy, infrastructure and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.

The platform is suitable for all platforms,and serves a wider range of products, with supplier integration implemented in categories.

Structure

The website offers the best possible user experience, makes it easy to find products, minimizing interrupting purchasing. Emakina designed a user-oriented sitemap, navigation and directions. Besides attractive website design, the mobile design was fine-tuned so users navigate fluently and efficiently on kipadirekt.com.

Design & Responsiveness

Kipadirekt.com is clean both in design and usability. A carefully arranged grid, unobtrusive colors and plain texture make the website visually eye-catching. Responsive web design is adapted to the user's behavior and environment based on screen size, platform and orientation.

Top Magento Technology implementation

Kipa’s commerce website is developed in Magento. This is a powerful open source E-commerce platform, including lots of custom modules and allowing functionality developments. HTML5 is used intensively to create the fully responsive web site. For high server performance we chose Amazon Cloud web servers.

The platform was developed in only 10 weeks by Emakina’s team.  Today, Tesco Kipa helps customers online and creates more value by faster shopping experiences, anytime and anywhere. The company reaches more customers, offering a wider product range and improves sales.

L'équipe de Mister Jekyll a eu l'occasion de développer le site e-commerce d'une chaine de magasin 100% belge, proposant notamment le paiement par carte de crédit, le retrait en magasin et l'achat de carte de fidélité 10%. Une pleine collaboration qui a également permis de résoudre de manière efficace les problématiques spécifiques de logistique interne à l'entreprise. Pour ce projet, nous nous sommes basé sur la plateforme Prestashop que nous avons adapté aux besoins du client.

e5 - Fashion webshop

E5 mode is an established value in the Belgian fashion landscape. The family business was founded in 1979 and has currently 70 physical stores. The goal of e5 mode is to sell beautiful clothing to fashion-conscious customers. Their greatest asset is personal service, which they also wanted to see reflected in their new webshop.

In order to become completely future-proofed, e5 mode wanted a new webshop. Their previous webshop worked on Magento 1, an older version of Magento that will no longer be supported from 2020 onwards. Moreover, their webshop was not mobile. Time for innovation! Baldwin accepted this challenge with great pleasure.

Wireframes & design Exchanging ideas

Our collaboration started with a brainstorming session. The new webshop absolutely had to be mobile responsive. More and more people use their mobile to surf on the internet, or visit websites or webshops via mobile ads. We also agreed quickly on the house style: it should be more modern and contemporary, but also remain recognizable.

 

After team Baldwin and team e5 mode sat together to exchange ideas, it was time to make their dreams come true.

 

Let’s start!

Our designers first started sketching the wireframes. Wireframes are very useful to integrate the design and UX wishes of the customer into the webshop. After the wireframes were completed, it was time for the design phase. The challenge? The design had to look both modern and fresh, and be instinctive. In addition, e5 mode has an extensive network of stores. It was very important that this extensive store network was also strongly highlighted in the new webshop. After all, a good webshop also has an impact on the turnover in the offline stores.

The result

The new webshop of e5 mode puts both the products and the personal service of e5 mode in the spotlight. The webshop of e5 mode has for instance inspiring lookbooks, personal customer stories, a MyStyle service and much more.

The new design has a fresher and more contemporary look and provides a pleasant shopping experience. For example, we choose to give the search bar a fixed and prominent place in the header because a search bar is one of the most important elements of a webshop.

It was also a challenge to keep the categorization on the mobile website clear and clean. By using a slider that smoothly moves to the next subcategory, the user can easily and quickly navigate on the new mobile webshop.

Door de wetgever is beslist om de brandweerdiensten te gaan groeperen in brandweerzones, naar analogie met de opgerichte politiezones. Dit met als doel de werking van de hulpdiensten en de veiligheid van de burger te verbeteren.

De brandweer van Hasselt zal dan samen met die van Sint-Truiden, Tongeren, Beringen en Heusden-Zolder de hulpverleningszone Zuid-West Limburg vormen.

 Brainlane stond in voor de rebranding (logo, enveloppes, briefpapier...) alsook de bijhorende website, webshop en interventie applicatie.

Je cuisine avec Etienne

Etienne élabore des recettes qu'il met à disposition de ses clients.

Chaque semaine il crée un menu original pour lequel il commande les ingrédients pour chaque client.

A cette fin, il souhaitait réaliser un site internet qui puisse lui permettre de gérer son calendrier de menus, ses commandes et ses clients facilement.

Nous avons donc opté pour la réalisation d'un outil sur mesure qui permet aux clients d'acheter des crédits qu'ils pourront dépenser chaque semaine pour le menu de leur choix.

Etienne gère les commandes, réserve les ingrédients et envoie une notification aux clients. Chaque recette est gérée de façon à ce qu'il soit facile de savoir le nombre d'ingrédients pour chaque magasin.
