Description Client & Context: Vadigran 

Vadigran is a Belgian family company that produces food for birds and small animals, but also distributes a large range of accessories for other pets. They had been running a Facebook page for a couple of years already, but recognized that they did not have the time and the expertise to manage it properly – and this was a lost opportunity. So they asked Hello Agency to take care of it (creation and media). 

Challenges & Goals 

Hello Agency was asked to take over the Facebook page and bring new dynamism into it, thanks to creative visuals and copy. As the client did not have time to take care of it, the editorial line had never been defined and posts were not published on a regular basis. 

Solution/ Strategy 

The challenge was here to entertain the existing community, but also to enlarge it. Hello Agency undertook to establish a coherent editorial line for the page that has enabled it to consolidate the existing followers and set a growth path.

Results/ Numbers 

Number of fans: 760 (constantly increasing since the beginning of the collaboration).
