Guiding a family business to the next level
We brought 3 generations of a family owned business together around their fascination for ceramic building materials. The new story of Heylen Ceramics revolves around the ‘Treasures of the earth’: the best of what the European ceramics market has to offer, bundled in a comprehensive portfolio made available to Belgian customers. The result is a revitalized drive for the business and an inspiring brand that firmly resounds with individual clients, traders and architects by transcending a product-oriented rhetoric.

Efteling Case study
Efteling, the largest theme park in the Netherlands, celebrated its 60th birthday in 2012. An ideal opportunity to attract more Belgian visitors and raise brand awareness in Belgium!
Voice developed a strong long-term social media strategy for this authentic amusement park. To make the Belgian public more familiar with Efteling, we created a Facebook page per language with special promotions and contests, and a dedicated blog drenched in fairy tales, both aimed at young parents. We also activated “mummy blogs”, young mothers who blog, by offering them exclusive content and access to the park.
Voice’s activation is clearly working: Belgians seem to like fairy tales and enjoy participating in an active, flourishing community that keeps growing every day!

RAINS Store Launch
In 2017, Danish outerwear brand RAINS opened sever- al flagship stores around the world. After a successful launch event of their concept store in Antwerp, RAINS contacted Nightingale once again for round two with the launch of their concept store in Amsterdam.
Nightingale was in charge of inviting key members of the press and influencers, along with taking care of all communications and posting teasers on social media. The recap video for the Antwerp store open- ing was created in-house, which truly demonstrates the versatility of Nightingale.
