    Studio Fiftyfty est une agence de communication spécialisée en création ou évolution d’identité graphique créée en 2010 par Aurélie Coene (diplomée de La Cambre en communication graphique et passée par l’agence Hoet &Hoet dont elle a lancé les bureaux à Paris avant de se mettre à son propre compte) et Thomas Vanden Driessche (diplômé en communication de l’ULB et en gestion de projets à l’UCL. Plusieurs expériences professionnelles comme chargé de communication au sein d’organisations internationales). L’agence compte actuellement 6 collaborateurs et un réseau très soudé de partenaires permettant à la structure de facilement s’adapter aux demandes des clients (web, copywritting, photographie, community management, rebranding). Studio Fiftyfifty compte actuellement parmi son portefeuil quelques clients de référence dans le domaine commercial, culturel et éducatif(Exki, Tupperware, Europalia, EFP, Abelag Private Jet) ainsi que dans le domaine institutionnel (Tipik, Comité International de la Croix-Rouge, Leaseurope, Plan Belgique).     We certainly don’t need to introduce you to the international kitchen accessories giant, Tupperware! Its system of home sales is right back in fashion and the company has decided to modernise and rejuvenate its communication materials. Studio Fiftyfifty took a very active role in this new initiative, developing designs for their special packaging and motifs to appear on the brand’s flagship documentation.

    In fifteen years, Exki has opened over 70 restaurants across the world (Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, US). This Belgian success story in the restaurant sector places consumer confidence right at the heart of their project. Providing local, fresh, quality produce is their credo. For over 5 years, Exki has placed its trust in us for a large part of its graphic communication in Belgium and abroad. Communication materials in sales outlets, seasonal promotional campaigns, window claddings, the creation of frescoes in the shops, our missions for the brand have been very varied and constitute fabulous challenges for our team.

    Founded in Brussels in 1969, EUROPALIA is a large international festival, which showcases the cultural heritage of a single country at each edition. In 2014, we won the tender launched by EUROPALIA to create the visuals for EUROPALIA Turkey 2015. Our proposal, which was accepted by the organising committee and used in a variety of mediums, played on the shapes and colours of the famous blue eye, the “Nazar Boncugu” in Turkish.

    IMMO & CO has been active on the real estate market in Belgium for 20 years. Created by Dorothée ALBERT and Jorge COULON, this company specialises in sale and rental, real estate advice, entrance and exit inspections and grant of energy efficiency certificates. At their request, we created a new logo and visual identity which is used across a range of formats (stationery, office decoration, car and scooter decoration, the website, building site hoardings, giveaways…)

    In 2015, we won a tender from the city of Charleroi. The mission was to create visuals for 5 major cultural events throughout the year in the “capital” of the Black Country. Our approach as simple: we wanted to shatter Charleroi’s often-dark image with an explosion of colour. The other success story of the campaign was to cast local residents for our photographs, completely involving the local population in the project. We also offered the city a “People to C” campaign, creating portraits of hundreds of locals from all walks of life (policemen, workmen, cultural stakeholders, teachers, fairground showmen, etc.). In only a few days, the project had created a real buzz on social media.

    Réponse à un double appel d'offre de la ville de Charleroi. Objectif:

    1. réaliser les visuels de 5 campagnes d'affiches JCDecaux (Big five)

    2. produire une banque d'images de portraits (200 acteurs de la vie quotidienne) pour la ville. (Commande finalement transformée au vu du résultat et de l'engouement pour le projet en campagne de communication "People to C) = Création d'un buzz sur le web.

    Studio Fiftyfifity était en charge du projet à 360% (approche créative, production et réalisation du shooting).

    Ludovic Elens is a trained optician-optometrist and crafter of original and distinctive eyeglasses frames from Belgium. In 2015 he opened his own boutique, including a spacious workshop, just off the prestigious Sablon Square in Brussels. Ludovic creates his spectacles the old-fashioned way, without compromise. Each pair sold, whether the frame is made of cellulose acetate or of buffalo horn sourced from India, Madagascar or Vietnam, is unique. At his request, we undertook the whole design journey with him, bringing his project to fruition: creating a logo that suited him and a graphic identity that literally defined the little universe that is his boutique.

    Eva Velasquez combined her love of beautiful materials and her passion for vintage utility clothing when she launched her label and her own boutique near Place Brugmann in Brussels in 2015. Entirely designed and manufactured in Belgium, the collection only uses the finest materials in addition to vintage and recycled fabrics. We were responsible for creating the whole graphic identity of the brand.

    Branding of mellow frozen yogurt

    Located in the heart of the European quarter in Brussels, Mellow has converted a traditional pharmacy into a cute takeaway counter where they offer delicious frozen yoghurt to sprinkle with quality toppings: fresh seasonal fruits, biscuit bits, chocolate chips, homemade syrups… Mellow asked us to undertake a complete rebranding exercise. Only the original logo stayed and we created a colourful universe around it, featuring a profusion of little triangles as a reference to the myriad of toppings. Visual identity, packaging, window treatments, the creation of wallpaper, menus, product photo shoots, Studio Fiftyfifty put all its expertise to work on this delicious project.

    The Contracts for local area renewal are programmes designed to revitalise vulnerable areas, initiated by the Bruxelles Capitale region in partnership with the local authorities. For the Bosnie area contract, launched by St Gilles, Studio Fiftyfity developed a logo and a colourful, joyful graphic universe emphasising the virtues of this project that seeks to create closer bonds between inhabitants and to beautify communal areas, giving nature back a real place at the heart of a very densely populated urban area.
