Website Creation
  • User-centred, conversion-focused. -- As your website is a natural extension of your brand’s identity, we believe that the best way to engage your viewers is through a smart user experience (UX), complimented with a strong user interface (UI). We envision the user experience to be consistent with your web conversion strategy, strengthening your brand, identity and values. Design must have purpose At Greenpepper Agency, we create great user experience which takes the user on a pleasant trip. We make sure that this journey directly supports predetermined business goals while fulfilling all needs and interests. If your user doesn’t find what he’s looking for in 3 seconds, he’ll be gone. An integrated digital experience is necessary to connect brands with highly valued consumers. A strong design and art direction can significantly change the way your audience will connect with your brand. Great design can facilitate trust, build legitimacy, and turn your name product into an experience. Our approach to design is focused both on the brand and on the users’ emotional connection. Winning hearts and minds. Our web designers create unique look & feel, involving color schemes, mood boards and typography associated with your identity and linked to your online communication strategy. Desktop is so 2017 Since 51,5 % of online traffic is generated through mobile devices (via Statcounter), we design and develop websites, making the mobile user experience a priority from the very start of the project. Your responsive website will automatically adjust content to the device accessing the website – phone, tablet, or desktop – without sacrificing any content, design, or functionality. It’s the only way to make sure your customers can enjoy your digital presence anytime. Besides that, responsive design is important to be properly referenced by Google. Our process Functional analysis This document precisely describes your information architecture: your future website structure, content and all the functionalities that will be developed. It also explains how all the interactive elements will work. Sitemap creation By defining the website structure, we make sure that it will be easily integrated by the different search engines, facilitating access to content. Wireframes (UX) A wireframe is a basic layout of a web page that shows which interface elements are set up, taking into account user needs and user cases. UI design The aim of the user interface design is to create the most practical and pleasant platform for the user. During this step we mainly focus on the visual aspect such as graphic elements, buttons or typography. Responsive webdesign Your website is designed to respond to or resize itself depending on the type of device it is being checked on. Whether it’s a desktop computer, a tablet or a smartphone, your website will automatically adjust itself to the appropriate format, providing an optimal user experience. Development With design being approved, it is now time to employ a variety of coding languages and CMS (WordPress, Drupal…). Content insertion This project step can be done in two different ways: content insertion can be done manually or the content can be automatically migrated from the former website into the new one. We respect keywords, inbound and outbound links and other SEO optimization techniques. Testing & debugging Once the content has been uploaded we test, inspect, debug and diagnose website issues. Any problem will be immediately fixed. Fire in the hole! D-Day, your website is going live! For us, launching a website involves a great deal of focus and agility to ensure nothing was missed and to make it all work. After the launch, it’s time for you to celebrate and share your brand new website with your community and with the rest of the world!

Branding & Positioning
  • First impressions matter -- A  graphical identity is like telling a story without saying a word. Your visual identity is what your customers get to see first – before reading a word of copy, seeing any of your products or even listening to what you have to say. It’s more than just a logo, it’s an overall visual concept uniting every media you’ll deploy (web, print, social, PR…). The key is to find a visual concept that connects your brand to your target audience. Design matters, but the idea behind the design is most essential. To remain consistent with your identity while your brand continues to grow, we’ll provide a brandbook that helps the beautiful stay beautiful. These guidelines will help your partners and resellers to communicate using the right tools: color palette, shapes and images, typefaces… Our process: 1. Research and analysis We analyze and identify your audience and target, competition, strengths and weaknesses. 2. The idea We define the fundamental values we need to transmit, your personality and tone of voice. We anticipate your future growth. 3. Show time Design exploration based on the previous assessments and refinement into three strong proposals. We work out the final project based on your feedback. 4. Activation and deployment Deployment of the new identity on stationery, web and print media. We propose: Web design Web development Content creation Social media campaign

Yamabiko - Belrobotics

More than 25 years ago, Belrobotics launched the first robotic mowers for large and professional applications. Over the years, this Belgian company has really specialized in automated mowing for sports grounds and extreme sites.

An online presence and positioning to refresh

In 2015, Greenpepper Agency teamed up with Belrobotics to review its online communication material. In support of their market expansion, we developed a brand-new website in WordPress which was translated into 10 languages for 14 countries.
We also directed a professional photo and video shooting to illustrate their professionalism and technology expertise.

The Belrobotics control App

Together with Belrobotics developers, Greenpepper Agency created a user-centered application design and we developed an application for their customers to manage, locate and report their Robotics mowers.

The app is available on IOS and Android.

Brand new commercial printed media

Greenpepper Agency designed and made commercial brochures and catalogues for Belrobotics, introducing their products and competitive advantages.

Translated into five languages, these brochures are distributed across Europe.

Solucalc

Solucalc is a Belgian company located in Wallonia and France, specialized in drinking water treatment. The company sells water softeners using an innovative CO2 injection mechanism. This process guarantees pure, healthy and drinkable water.

Make a technical communication user-friendly

Yes, water softeners might not be the most attractive products on the market. The challenge for us was to make this product interesting and sexy by providing a sharp and simple explanation of its functions and benefits.

We started with the branding and the conception of their new logo. The objective was to highlight the notion of liquidity, purity and stability. We kept the primary and secondary colors to ensure an easy transition from the previous logo and to avoid confusing users.

Establishment of an influence strategy

The company has chosen to adopt an influence strategy by creating a network of ambassadors. To implement this strategy, we designed the adapted print communication tools, using the graphic charter we established.

Initiate international development

By developing all of the company’s communication media, whether print or web, in several languages, the agency supports Solucalc in building a strong brand image and to facilitate its international expansion.

FERMA Risk Management

FERMA Risk Management

FERMA Risk Management

The Federation of European Risk Management Associations (FERMA) represents the risk management profession on a European level, counting nearly 4800 risk managers. The association provides the means of coordinating risk management and optimizing the impact of these associations in Europe.

A major meeting for the community

Every two years, Ferma organizes a major event, inviting the risk manager’s community to discuss the issues of the sector and bringing experts, professionals and lecturers together. Each event is taking place in a different European city, with a different main topic and identity. About 1500 people participate each year in this important seminar. Next time, the Forum 2019 will be hosted by the city of Berlin.

“Aim the future – Entering a new dimension in risk management” is the slogan of the 2019 Ferma seminar. Based on this topic, we developed a strong and catchy concept combining ideas like movement, moving forward, anticipation, target and future. We wanted to avoid a too literal representation of the future and what will be at stake, this being too common and not very much engaging.

A strong identity

We created a main visual mixing traditional photography and 3D rendering. A risk manager (using both male and female in the brochures) firmly approaches a neon / 3D type portal representing new technologies and the future in general. This visual is reinforced by a reworked typography, light and contemporary, consistent with the theme.

The square format of the brochure allows to move away from the previous editions and strengthens the scenography of the place with square scenes and screens.

Bisnode

Bisnode: pioneers in smart data & analysis

Founded in 1989, Bisnode is a company offering decision support thanks to its expertise in smart data, data analysis and data-driven marketing. The company operates in 18 European countries and has its headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

Facing the new challenges of the sector

With the new regulations and the growing interest of people when it comes to personal data, the smart data market keeps changing, challenging the business model of companies like Bisnode. In such context, the group had to communicate on their new positioning of privacy and data guardian, being 100% compliant with GDPR, and selected Greenpepper Agency to build a communication strategy based on those values.

Re-establish trust with customers

To give more transparency to the brand image and to re-establish trust with customers, we decided to create a cross-media image campaign. We had to position Bisnode as data market leader, while remaining GDPR compliant. We applied a positive and very human communication tone, with one key message: “Bisnode is not going to bypass the law but will keep moving forward”.

The collaborators at the core of the campaign

The opacity of data market often makes us forget about the professionals behind these data. The purpose of this campaign was to humanize Bisnode, polish its image with positive content and deliver its message indirectly but in a more efficient way.

For this project we decided to focus on the Bisnode employees as well as on a number of specific departments: Marketing & Consultancy, Data Processing, Legal and Sales.
Each employee provided a quote related to his passion for data. Showing the people behind this data industry is really putting a human face to the sector.

Capsule 12

Capsule 12, former “Creative Digital”, is a Belgian video production agency specialized in motion design. More specifically, they create 2D and 3D animations, as well as motion tracking and special effects.

An identity and positioning to rethink

After adopting a new name, the company decided to reinvent its visual identity and apply it to all of its communication media, including the website. We created a minimal, modern and light logo. We used a moodboard to design the new website, featuring the new “space-like” icons.

 Think “conversion”

We optimized this website in order to convert more leads. We focused on the sitemap of the website and set up conversion-specific features like contact forms, pop-up and calls to action. The website has also been configured to optimize the user experience.

TMA Production

TMA Production

Founded in 1998, TMA-Productions is a Belgian company specialized in custom-made interiors and creating contemporary furniture. They use wood, stainless steel, marble, glass, leather, Solid Surface and many other materials to make high fashion furniture, combining innovation and creativity.

A multifaceted company

After analyzing their positioning and communication, the agency concluded that the business should be split into two: TMA Menuiserie, with a majority of professional customers (B2B), and TMA Design, with a majority of individual customers (B2C). TMA keeps the overall view while these two entities operate independently. They apply a different  communication policy but graphically they are quite identical. This reinforces the image of the company as a solid structure with multiple skills. Hence, we created three different logos with a modern, minimal, strong and timeless design.

 Tailor-made services

Each segment has its own website with UX / UI and design created according to their own targets and needs. TMA Menuiserie is focusing on know-how and  authenticity and refers to the workshop, featuring photos from the actual workplace, material and personnel. They apply a people oriented communication policy, highlighting craftsmanship and skills.

TMA Design highlights creativity and tailor-made realizations, featuring photos of achievements and referring to the company’s statement of intent, quality charter and testimonials. Here, we focus on the products, premium segments and high-end finishes.

A strong social media strategy

As for social networks, we decided to create two Facebook pages with separate content for each segment, creating four posts per month. For Instagram, the positioning is slightly different because of the younger audience. We set up one single account, sharing information on both activities and allowing a glimpse behind the scenes of the company. A YouTube account is used to host and share videos of both structures. The agency is also responsible for creating content from photo and video shootings.
